About

Chloe is drawn to mediums that bring her hands closest to a meticulous creative process: printmaking, book arts, fiber arts, and crafts. They are originally from Washington, DC and moved to Seattle, WA in 2018 in search of more time and space, giving room to creative exploration. More recently, she has become addicted to the transformative and compounding nature of monotype printmaking. Their current body of work is made in connection to the stories and imagery of home, family, and memory. After receiving honorable mention in the Washington Library of Congress Center for the Book annual zine competition, a physical copy of Chloe’s zine “How to Get Dressed with a Body” can be found in Washington State, King County, and Seattle Public Libraries, and in their respective online archives. Throughout the year, Chloe teaches a range of fiber arts to elementary age students.
